I called all over town trying to find someone to turn around a small project quickly. Issac quoted me the day he came over and started 2 days later and completed the job very quickly. We had some operator error on our side and Issac let us know he was available to come help or give support over the phone. He even checked back on us to make sure we were good. I didn't think I needed IT services for my business but once Advanced Networks stepped in, I no longer had to worry about taking time out of my day to troubleshoot any technical issues we may be experiencing. The response rate from the team is extremely quick and they install and replaced all of my hardware as well as provided extra security features for added protection. Highly recommended.

My highest recommendations for the IT Support Advanced Networks, of California has provided our Non-profit business. We have used Advanced Networks for our IT support from the beginning. We have a very simple set-up but they really treat us like VIPs and make us feel like our simple problems are important to them.
All of the IT support staff are very knowledgable, and patient to an extreme when it comes to solving our problems. They are very good at helping people with varying degrees of expertise (since our staff has several baby boomers ) I would definitely recommend them if you're looking to make a change to a new vendor for IT support services.

There are a lot of companies around that offer you help. You call and then you get a voicemail and maybe you'll hear back in time before the crisis can get any worse. This company is open 24/7. They answer their phones, and stuff gets done. I think you'll be happy with company. Call them and get to know them before you need them.

They went above and beyond what my company asked for with fixing my old legacy computers, and recommended switching out the old ones completely for new Dells. These guys are pros. My law firm decided to use Advanced Networks for our office networking and configuration. We have been very satisfied thus far.
