My Wife and I found a ring she loved at Hart's and the lady helping us quoted a price. The next day I called to reserve it, and (another) lady I spoke with quoted me a different price (higher). When I went in that night to pick up the ring, the lady I spoke with on the phone was there, and I questioned the price difference. She said the first lady made a mistake, but they would honor the lower price. I told her I didn't want to get anyone in trouble, and would pay the higher price if they needed me to.
