Absolutely horrible customer service and would never recommend! Took over 6 months to get a referral for our son to see a specialist, they did not call us back after leaving 3 messages to schedule our daughters initial appointment but once we reached them they were exceptionally rude, inconvenienced and curt that we needed an appointment which is still not scheduled because “they’d call us back!”... If you go here expect to stand at the front desk window for over 5 minutes before being acknowledged and then being treated by the front desk office staff as an inconvenience, a lowlife and unimportant

I highly recommend Dr. Quarterman! She’s very professional and very caring to her patients needs. I’ve been her patient for 21 years. I moved to South Carolina and it’s worth the trip to still see her as my dentist. She does excellent work and have taken care of my husband’s teeth with wonderful crown work and composite fillings. The crowns we have is the perfect fit the first time and never needs adjustments. That’s a big plus for me! The whole staff are like family too! That’s what I love about going to Dr. Quarterman. She’s the best dentist in Volusia County!

Dr Quarterman has been my dentist for 25+ years and I would never consider going anywhere else. The care I've recieved has been the most professional, compassionate, efficient, and highly skilled I've ever found. I am absolutely certain that if I hadn't found a this office when I did, that I would have a full set of dentures by now.. lol seriously tho my dental needs were tricky and not for an average dentist...i needed superhero dentistry and that's what I've found there...If you truly care about your teeth and want really thorough and quality care and where you are not treated like just a number

I was a victim of domestic violence he knocked my two front teeth out I went to the emergency room they tried save them but put them in wrong it had been well over a week as I was dealing with the painful situation of my teeth in the wrong holes, when I finally got to my dentist my insurance pays for they were telling me I would have to have false teeth put in my mouth, I am only 30 years old I was in tears and hopelessly distraught. Someone told me about Dr. Q she saved my teeth, this lady was a godsend I’m so grateful to her and her staff. The prices were reasonable, the wait time was short

Top Notch Dentistry all the way around. Dr. Quarterman stayed involved throughout my entire procedure and took extra care to ensure I was well briefed and had no further concerns. I was dealing with some seriously inflamed, angry wisdom teeth. Her staff, from her reception team to her dental assistants to the competition of my appointments are always very courteous, accommodating, and professional! Thank You much!!!

Started off great. I love the staff all were very friendly including Dr. Quarterman. My issue is with what she did to my son's teeth. She told me my son's adult teeth were trying to come in and that his baby teeth were holding them back. I thought as a professional she knew what she was doing so I allowed her to pull his teeth. It took 14 months for his permanent teeth to come in!!! Over a year!!!!, and my my son's teeth have a gap in the middle because the baby teeth were pulled before they were ready. You should be ashamed of yourself Dr. Quarterman.

They've done three caps , cleanings, fillings and helped me with any dental work I needed. Everyone was very kind and worked with me. It's a 3 hour drive to get there from where I live. But it is WELL WORTH the trip. I highly recommend this dentist to anyone in need of dental work. You won't regret it.
