You can always tell when two people have found their perfect match and with Maggi and Wayne this was apparent. Their love for travel, adventure, and for each other, made their wedding day incredible. We had the pleasure of assisting Stephanie and Josh with their wedding all the way from Arizona. We began talking in February.

Born and raised in the Lake Geneva area, Stephanie Huttner is an up and coming interior stylist with a creative eye and knack for event design. Her passion for events was sparked by the fancy parties and charity galas she loved to attend with her grandmother over the years in Lake Geneva and Chicago.

Angie was a rockstar planner for our wedding! I will admit the planning process started off a bit slow and we weren’t sure who needed to initiate contact. However, once we had a couple meetings and got the ball rolling, it was great! Angie and the Graceful Events team truly made our wedding day run so smoothly. From the planning, set-up, and coordinating to the day of support. Throughout our wedding day, she made sure we were always being taken care of. She kept the bridal party and family in line and made sure everyone was in their place for the ceremony and introductions.

30 days out from my wedding I hired Graceful Events and THANK GOODNESS I DID!!! Jaffe was so amazing and quick to get things rolling with such little time. My wedding would not have gone as smooth if it wasn't for Sara!!! She had very little time to help get the final details together and she handled everything so professionally and with grace (no pun intended). It takes a very special person to do what she does and I am so grateful I had her by my side every step of the way! She is someone who truly enjoys what she does! Every time I panicked about something she was there with a solution. THANK

When we found out our venue worked directly with Graceful Events, we were a little unsure of how things would go. Let me just say we are SO happy that we had Kieyana there to help us through our wedding! From our initial meeting all the way through the reception she was helpful and understanding of what we wanted for our special day. She guided us along the way with suggestions but always listened to what we had to say. The day of our rehearsal she made it so easy to understand where to be and when. I honestly do not even know how to start this review. Using graceful events was the best decision I could have made regarding my wedding. When I say Jenna was amazing, that is an understatement. I honestly do not know how brides do it on their own. Jenna was there every step of the way as the day got closer. I could text her questions, she gave me advice. She listened to me and my concerns. I honestly had nothing to worry about especially the week of the wedding. Jenna confirmed all of our vendors. She made all of the phone calls. I did NOTHING. It was amazing. She was the one piece of my wedding
