I’ve been trying to get in contact with this pharmacy for almost a week. However no one is available after 5 pm in South Carolina and I live in Arizona. They sent me a text message saying that my medication was ready but I have never heard of this company before. I went to my regular pharmacy and they aren't able to fill it because its been filled at Blue Sky. I have never done business with them and I don’t want to start but they have my medication in limbo and I will have to go without until I can speak to someone there and tell them to release my medication.

I've been using blue sky for almost a year now and I cannot express how courteous and efficient they are at getting me my specialty medication. I've tried several medications for my condition and they have made it a seamless transition between each. My medications are delivered on time and customer service is outstanding. Not “overnight”. First try with this group and I was called within an hour of the doctor calling in the prescription. I was told that the medicine was on the way and if there were any other issues that might delay it I would be contacted. After a few days and no medicine i called them back, that was when they began to process the prescription. A full week to get the medicine. I tried them again in hopes it was a fluke. Prescription called in last Thursday, Monday still no medicine. They say it’s “on its way”.

I have recently started working with Blue Sky Specialty Pharmacy because I was having issues with other specialty pharmacies not helping our patients with the tremendous copay amounts they had for their medications which delayed much needed treatment. Since working with Mitch at Blue Sky Pharmacy those issues have been resolved. Blue Sky has numerous resources to help our patients with copay assistance for the specialty medications. They also have great pricing for other
non-specialty medications.
