Tourville Apartments is located in Marquette, MI. Our community is right off of HWY 41 and Lincoln Ave. We are only minutes from Northern Michigan University and Sawyer International Airport. Our community offers 1 and 2-bedroom apartments. For the activity enthusiast, we offer an indoor pool with a sauna and hot tub, a fitness center with free weights, and a BBQ and picnic area!
While we are observing social distancing practices, our office is still taking appointments. We are offering in-person tours by walk-in or appointment. Appropriate health and safety measures are being taken - masks recommended, sanitation stations in office and limited capacity. Yes, if the lease buy-out fee has been paid. A 60-day notice is required before vacating your apartment. Please make sure that you reference your signed lease agreement and confirm policies with your Property Manager as there could be unique circumstances. If I am part of the military and receive deployment or reassignment orders, can I break the lease?.

We miss our house and couldn’t have chosen a better place to live. The office staff are always very friendly. The maintenance staff deserve more than 5 stars. Whenever we call in a maintenance request someone is knocking on our day that same day. Thanks to whoever puts the monthly newsletter together. We enjoy the special events planned each month. The watermelon treat was delicious and we look forward to the Food Frenzy Picnic next month.

My father whose a senior and was relocating to Marquette to stay close with my daughters, wife and I was having a very difficult time finding a suitable apartment for himself. Multiple friends and locals highly recommended Tourville. He is not very tech savy and doesn't know how to work a computer. Amanda reached out and was beyond professional and helpful with walking my dad through the many process's and getting him into the apartment that fits both his simple life and his budget. She also worked with me to make sure all documents were filled out and sent in quickly enough to secure him the apartment

We have enjoyed living at tourville for about 5 months now. The technical aspects are nice (easy to pay rent, very snappy maintenance requests, clean and we'll maintained common areas). The community at Tourville is very quiet and friendly, which is just what we had hoped for. Pet friendly, community garden option. The only downside for us so far: some of the apartments have only north facing windows, which limits house plant options. So check the direction of the building the unit is in if that is a concern for you.
