We are a locally owned, operated, and insured, Soft Wash & Pressure washing business, started out of Tallahassee, Florida. Our owner and employees have 12+ years experience in this industry, and have expert knowledge of proper care for your home. Our owner, was raised in Tallahassee, attended local schools and colleges and is proud to service his local community and neighbors.
Ensure all Doorways and Windows are shut, closed, and sealed; it is the clients responsibility to do so. Remove any lawn, porch, deck patio furniture, grills, or other items you have a concern about; as they will get wet, and possibly be exposed to the cleaning agents used in the process. Go over estimate of services prior to beginning, to confirm you are aware of what will be cleaned and what costs you are incurring.

I had my home and driveway pressure cleaned on 5/6/21. They did a fine job, however I had no electricity in half of my house. They said it would dry out in 1 hour. ONE WEEK, after much aggravation and phone calls to Ray, it finally came back. But my 2 motion detector lights are now not working probably. There had been water in one. I was assured that it would be taken care of. Again I made phone calls to Ray and sent texts reminding of the situation. I send a copy of the electrician’s bill for putting up the lights to Zack. The lights were an additional cost. I kept getting reassurance that it

Zach was very thorough and made our house look sooooo much cleaner! We needed the higher places on our 2 story house cleaned that we could not get with our pressure washer. Zach took his time to really work on tough spots. This is a soft wash, so it does use cleaners, but we needed it so we can finish painting those hard to reach areas. He also did a through rinse when finished to protect our plants. I will recommend Capital City Soft Wash to friends, and we will be using them again in the future! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have been using Capital City Soft Wash for years on multiple properties. These guys know how to be prompt and very detailed when coming onto my property to perform cleaning of my house perimeter, side walks, driveway, pool deck and fencing. They even cleaned my stucco chimney once for mildew stains. I would high recommend Ray and his team for all of your pressure washing needs.
