Services
I have been licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio since 1995. I have been in private law practice since my graduation from law school, working for a small law firm for 8 years, and spending the rest of my practice years as a solo practitioner. I have also been a Part-Time Lecturer at Cleveland State University's College of Business Administration, where I taught Ethics & Business Law to undergraduate business majors.
Ohio law provides two main ways for spouses to end their marriage: divorce and dissolution. In both types of proceedings, a marital couple's assets and debts are divided and issues involving child custody, child support, and spousal support are determined. A Divorce is a civil lawsuit in which some or all of the issues involving the division of marital property, child custody, child support, and/or spousal support are disputed.
Ms. Yoder provides a broad range of legal services specifically tailored to small businesses. She advises new business clients regarding how to choose whether to be organized as a partnership, corporation, or limited liability company. Ms. Yoder also assists business clients in preparing contracts, employment agreements, and other legal documents.
Due to the personal nature of legal communications, and our desire to keep your information confidential, we would prefer to speak with you rather than leaving your concerns on an impersonal web form. Domestic difficulties are such that we believe it to not be in your best interests to post information regarding your case via the internet.
