Lovely accommodation about a mile before Yosemite National Park, reasonably priced compared to crossing that magic line into the Park. Compact but very clean, I stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed staying there and great for the Park. Get away from the everyday in our cozy rooms and cabins on the edge of the wilderness.

This has by far been the best place I have ever stayed at in a lot of aspects! The husband and wife who manage the facility are the most helpful people I have ever encountered. The rooms are not the greatest due to their small size however they fulfilled our needs and had all the necessary items to make our stay comfortable. The staff were very knowledgeable and caring.

This is a great option to stay at the last minute with reasonable prices, super clean sheets, hot showers, and great heating. Mindy was super kind to me and I quickly felt safe as a woman traveling alone. She spread out myself and the other 2 or 3 rooms that were booked that night, and I heard nothing throughout the night (simple, but I hate when small hotels don't do this). They provide continental breakfast or breakfast to go if you are checking out early. Wifi is good as well. Great place to stay if you want to charge your car next door at Tenya and get a filling meal but don't want to fork

Surprisingly affordable and nice lodging. Stayed here two nights. The rooms are small but perfect for sleeping. Walls are thin, we could hear the kids next door playing around and some guy snore on the other side. Shower stalls were clean and modern. Very efficient mini split heater installed. The morning breakfast is basic but appreciated. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Will definitely check in here again in the future.

Kristy made our stay much nicer and better than it would have been otherwise. She was incredibly informative, answered all our questions, and handled all issues we had (like how to make the heater work). The breakfast provided was good (the fresh waffle machine was the highlight), but needs yogurt and hot chocolate added to the selections. The room was good, with comfortable beds, a kitchenette with microwave, sink, table, and mini-fridge. The view out the back door was nice (dense forest) with a deck you could walk out on to get some fresh air. Especially given the location (5 minutes to the south

Don't let the price deceive you and ruin your vacation!
Less than $200 a night to start a trip to Yosemite, just outside of South Entrance sounds too good to be true but there's a reason for that. Kristy at front desk was the rudest hotel staff I have ever met. Impatient, sarcastic and extremely rude. Unless you want to experience the humiliation, AVOID THIS MOTEL!

Small old style lodge just outside the park entrance in Fish camp. Location is great as we wanted to stay as close as possible to the entrance. They don't offer much services and they are very clear and quite inexpensive in that way. They also provided packed breakfasts for all mornings which was super helpful.
