Business is not your regular run of the mill shopping venue's. I was there to have a artificial flower saddle arrangement made for my brothers grave stone. Hard to find anything decent in the area. Came upon this business by accident. They make their own arrangements and I purchased one. I intend to be a repeat customer. They have a beauty salon inside along with crafts and other unusual businesses. Women will be especially drawn to this business I believe. I recommend that you at least go in and browse around.

If I could give a zero star I would. Terrible customer service and they dropped the ball every step of the way!!! My grandma passed and we ordered a casket spray with specific colors and what size we wanted with no budget limit. At the funeral, the casket spray was no where to be found. The funeral director could not get ahold of anyone at the flower shop. When we arrived at the graveside for service, the flowers were delivered there. The flowers were half the size of what was ordered. You get 1 chance to get this right, and you failed. When we called artistic after the funeral to discuss this

I've been buying flower's for years and for the heavy prices it seems like the arrangement is always really small. First time using Artistic Flowers in Pekin I was very pleasantly suprised how big the boquet was for once! I spent $70 and received a boquet i would have had to spend at least $120 on anywhere else! Service was awesome to, couldn't have been any more polite and helpful! Won't be going anywhere else for flower's in the future!

Absolutely stunning florist. I spoke to her on the phone about a funeral arrangement - as I did with several other florists - and that short conversation convinced me to go there. The very friendly and knowledgeable staff there - all of them - helped us to make difficult choices. I will happily use them again.
