Services
From the original 4,600 square foot building, it has expanded on three different occasions. 11,000 square feet, giving the facility two full chapels, four visitation rooms, two offices, two reception areas, preparation areas, and a merchandise display room. The staff includes four licensed directors and embalmers, full time prearrangement counselor, staff organist, and mortuary support personnel.
Assisted by your funeral professional, you can decide the place and type of funeral service that you desire. The funeral service can be held at the funeral home, although the family church, synagogue or another suitable location may be selected. If you are not affiliated with a church or synagogue but wish to have a religious service, your funeral professional can suggest a clergy person.
Leave your family with the burden of your funeral arrangements and you may be leaving them hurt, confused and overwhelmed. Upon death, our office will notify the Social Security office and explain the claim process to you. The veteran was injured in service and was receiving service connected disabilitycompensation. All honorably discharged veterans and their spouses are entitled to burial or cremation space without cost in this beautiful facility located just 25 minutes from our funeral home.

We have had 4 family members cared for by Charles Davis. The most recent involving multiple states, the national cemetery, and all the church details. The process went so smoothly and at a time our family needed this. You may have full confidence in their expertise and professionalism despite some of other the negative reviews.

My sister passed last Saturday in ICU at Seven Rivers after a very brief illness. The staff of Charles Davis has been respectful in every aspect of the arrangements. We waited at the hospital until their representative came for her. We then met with both Mr. Davis and Joe on Sunday to plan the arrangements. The prices are fair and at no time were we pressured to spend anything that we did not want to spend. There is a reason that they have successfully been in business for as many years as they have. We came to Charles E Davis Funeral Home after getting the cold shoulder from a pretty cold hearted sales person at a near by funeral home which I won't mention. It was pretty evident that the sales person did not want to take the time of day, as we were not going to spend nearly enough money. We were of course comparison shopping as we were planning ahead. We wanted a simple cremation with an urn.
After being given the cold shoulder at the other location we were a bit reluctant to ask the same question... Could we have assistance with pricing for an inexpensive cremation...
