I'm working with Scott and Sebastian on a second floor modular addition. As part of our project, we needed a Variance for the permit. Scott took out the time to help me prepare our case and even accompanied me to the hearing. These guys are top notch and have gone above and beyond each step of the way. We can't wait for the finished addition and will share pictures when it's completed.

I'm truly impressed with the level of dedication East Coast Dormer has for their clients. Our modular extension was completed in 2019. Today, Dec. 3, 2021, they came back to repair some cracks that occurred due to settling. Over the last two and a half years since our modular extension was completed, East Coast Dormer has remained in contact with us to ensure our satisfaction. Offering to come and do any repairs needed. Doing a modular extension is a big decision, so it is important to know you'll be in great hands with East Coast Dormers now and in the future.

IT'S BEEN 3 YEARS SINCE THE COMPLETION OF OUR HOME AND I NEEDED SOME MINOR TOUCH-UPS DONE AND SABASTION SAID "NO PROBLEM" (EVEN THOUGH THE WARRANTY HAD EXPIRED). THE NEXT DAY DAVIS WAS AT OUR HOME TO DO THE TOUCH-UPS FOR US. IF YOU PLAN TO EXPAND ON YOUR PROPERTY, DO NOT HESTITATE TO CONTACT EAST COAST DORMERS. OUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS CONTINUE TO ADMIRE WHAT OUR HOME LOOKS LIKE TODAY INSIDE AND OUT.

We decided to go with a modular dormer after meeting with Scott and his associates, researching the options, and seeing how much is available with a modular build. I had expected a 'one size fits all' model, but Scott showed how much variation could be achieved with modular builds. The perks are that there was very little disruption to our lives, the whole project - demolition/ installation and finishing touches - was completed in about 3-4 weeks. Cost wise, the build is comparable to a traditional 'stick build', but the fact that we could easily and comfortably remain in the downstairs while they

I highly recommend East Coast Dormer Company. Scott and his staff are professional people. Scott does everything for you. He does the drawings (plans), and the permit process very fast. My husband and I are very happy with the job Scott did. It has been 4 years since they did the beautiful dormer. I noticed a few days ago that our daughter's room was colder than our room. We called Scott and told him about what was going on. He came immediately, found the problem and fixed it. It is hard to find a company you can trust.

Ten years ago, my husband and I began the process of getting architectural plans completed so that we could build our dream home. The house that we live in is the house that my parents and her siblings were raised in, the house I was raised in, and now, the house where my husband and I are raising our children, so it was important to me for our home to stay our home always.
