Joe began his career in pest control while attending high school, first working as an exterminator helper in the summer of 1974 with National Pest Control Co. In 1975 he was accepted into the Industrial Cooperative Training program at Santa Fe Vocational Technical School, where he studied Extermination / Pest Control.

Had a live bird stuck in my oven/microwave vent. Called every pest control company in Santa Fe area and Joe was the only one that answered and was able to come out same day! Showed up within 45 minutes (after normal business hours) when other companies couldn't come until following day. Joe was concerned for bird's well-being and went above and beyond to make sure to get it out alive. Successfully got bird free and installed vent guard to prevent future critters from getting in. Very highly recommend!!
