They either never actually did an invoice, and had no idea what we asked for, because when we did get the bouquet it was was not right. They were to be done by noon. Even if she had known what she was doing.the flowers weren't done for like two hours late and then they had to be redone. A bloom, should not be doing weddings! It felt like she either tried to give us a 70.00 bouquet for 170.00 , or she didn't have the order and didn't care enough to even call. We called her at 11.30 to just check and were ready to go get them. We were told we had to wait for a truck to

Another two stars for an online order from California.
Placed an order on Thursday in time for Mothers Day, but when I called my mom on Sunday I learned all was not well. The flowers were delivered on time (Saturday)...check. And the arrangement was nice...check. But many of the flowers were already wilted and dying. There either wasn't enough water in the vase or the flowers weren't pushed all the way into the water. Either way, wilted flowers.
For Mothers Day--or any occasion really--I want flowers that arrive on time, match the photo of what I bought online, and are not dead. I got

I'm a florist in central NE and made a call out order for a customer. I spoke to Tessa and she was insanely friendly, helpful, and the delivery was more than reasonable and I love that they don't have a minimum dollar amount on orders. I love that you can walk into this shop and give them creative leeway and always walk out with a stunning floral arrangement. My grandmother— who has been a life long gardener and floral enthusiast— always is blown away when I bring her bouquets from here. She always comments too on how gorgeous their roses are.

First let me say that with any service orientated business, who serves you is paramount. All employees are not the same anywhere you go. That stated, I have never been let down by Abloom. They do have several designers on staff, all with their own flair. Abloom is known for being more modern, exotic, and unique but they also do traditional and simple (think grocery/drugstore). Some designers are better than others but the flowers I have given my wife have always looked good and been delivered timely. I usually only ask for something with roses included and let them do a "designers choice

I asked a worker to put together a bouquet for Valentine's Day and it turned out terrible. The vase was short and ugly and the flowers looked like they'd been cut way too short. There were only a couple of actual flowers in the bouquet as well. It cost way too much for something that looks like a 5 year old made.

My first time ordering flowers from Abloom and I could not be more pleased with the arrangement. I live out of state and took a chance with this florist. The flowers were unique, the arrangement was colorful and put in the perfect vase. My mom and everyone who saw the arrangement could not get over how lovely it looked and it was so fragrant. My boyfriend lives two hours away and called Abloom to surprise me with flowers. I got a call during class and the man left me a very nice voicemail telling me he'd stop by my apartment first and if I wasn't there he'd take them to the clubhouse. He was exceptionally kind and when I went to grab my flowers they were BEAUTIFULLY presented. I've never been so pleased with a floral place. I've sent through this florist and have been lucky enough to be the recipient of flowers through Abloom on a few occasions. It is a bit pricey, but the arrangements are so beautiful and unique. Even the delivery people make you feel extra special with their kindness. They have even had to track me down a couple times which they do with a smile and without charging or complaining. I love Abloom because of their artistic arrangements and customer service.

I live in Richmond, VA and wanted to send flowers for my grandmother's 100 birthday in Lincoln, NE. I had been recommended a florist in Lincoln that is apparently out of business and was stuck doing a web search and found Abloom that way. I was a bit wary of doing business with a new store so far from Virginia.
I don't know a lot about flowers, but was told that my grandmother could see yellow best of all of the colors. I called Abloom and told the person who answered the phone what I wanted and paid for the flowers, with instructions to have them delivered on Friday.

I requested a special addition to a sympathy arrangement I ordered from Abloom. Though they didn't have the specific flower, they went out of their way to find it -rosemary, blooming and fresh! And they delivered the beautiful arrangement promptly and courteously. It seems I encounter florists and photographers who choose to focus on weddings, brides, and teenage girls, so I am pleased that Abloom gave me such good service.
