Farm River Property Management's goal is to provide the most responsive management, marketing, and tenant acquisition services to property stakeholders in the Greater New Haven area. We understand that owning a rental property can be challenging and time consuming. Farm River Property Management provides a suite of services that can provide you peace of mind ownership.
The management fee is contingent on the plan that you choose and the amount of rental income your property or properties generate. Let's say that your multifamily property generates 2300 per month. If you chose our gold plan the Management fee would be $230 per month + tax. Our Management fee is based on the revenue generated per month.

Matt Hughes has been in the real estate business almost his entire life. His parents were active real estate investors for decades and Matt, even as a young man, actively participated in their business. After receiving his B.A., Matt continued working in the family venture, getting involved in all aspects of real estate investing from scouting for properties, to renovation, to tenant selection and all other aspects of property management.
Rachel worked diligently to get our home sold quickly, which includes setting up our home to have it looking it's best, advertising, setting up the open house and maintaining an open line of communication with us during the entire process. I should start by saying I'm not one to write reviews nor do I like shopping.
