I had a family member try to help me install a new faucet which did not go as planned. I ended up needing a plumber and made several calls with no answer/return call until I finally tried Sharp and got someone immediately. They were able to get me on the schedule that day and Victor and Robert installed my new faucet and also switched out the old shut offs under the sink as they were in bad shape. They were pleasant and efficient. It cost a bit more than I was expecting, but I was in the position of needing it done that day and honestly anytime I need to hire a plumber it costs me a small fortune

Very fast callback on message about clogged kitchen drains, confirmed availability of technicians who arrived in an hour and spend two hardworking hours fixing the issue then left everything clean and tidy. Great service and a modest call out fee.

Unable to give any sort of estimate over the phone. We were charged $80 for the plumber's time, which I understand. However, if we had known they were going to charge us nearly a total of $600 for installation of a natural gas oven we would have never agreed for them to come out.
So basically, they can't even give you a simple estimate and send a plumber out to your house then charge you a non-competitive amount of money for a simple installation. $500 + $80 + tax is a crazy high price considering its a universal natural gas connector.
They are counting on you not knowing how much this is actually

Don (master) and Leo (apprentice) were a great team. Both were very professional and knowledgeable. They explained the issue, solution, and pricing to fix upfront. They worked quickly and cleaned up once job was completed. Very pleased with the service and will use them for any future issues.

Sharp was professional and helpful on the phone and got me service in a day at a time when everyone is extremely busy.
They called ahead and came exactly on time. Brandon was proficient, explaining my options clearly and completing the work swiftly. I appreciate the company pricing work by the job. This makes everything clear and transparent from the start so there are no unwelcome surprises.

Our first week home with a newborn, we developed a clog in our kitchen sink. With the new onslaught of bottles, pumps, etc.to be cleaned, this was not ideal. One other company I called before Sharp told me that the first available appointment was three weeks away. I am so glad that Sharp Plumbing & Heating was the next call I made.
Josie called and emailed me back very quickly following my submitted inquiry on the company website. She worked with me to schedule a service call to happen within days, not weeks, and also was able to get us an even sooner appointment than initially thought, a day
