DO NOT TRUST THEM...
I am a welder and i couldnt get off work to go get my damage estimated so i sent my daughter... shes 17...
I had NO IDEA they took the insurance quote and charged me exactly $2500+ which is what the insurance gave me... but as you can see the cars damages is no more than $1600! I wasnt there and my daughter ok'd the work NOT KNOWING THE COST they were going to charge!!!! ... and they also charged $800 more to the insurance... im thinking of seriously suing them because the list of extra work isnt even extra work! Its exactly what was already listed to be done! .

My wife and I have been taking our vehicles to L & O Auto Body Repair in McLeansville, NC for over 20 years. The repairs have ranged from reviving a totaled car to minor collision damage. A car was dropped on the top of our vehicle while being transported from overseas. Our car was totaled by the insurance company but we wanted it repaired and L&O repaired it to our 100% satisfaction. Over the years L & O has also repaired damage from collisions with deer, damage from being rear-ended, and dings and gouges that have occurred over the span of our vehicles’ lifespans. I recently took my car in because I had been in an accident. Larry, the owner had an estimate ready for me and sent a copy to my insurance company. He called me later to tell me the insurance had approved and that parts had been ordered. He had the car ready when he said he would. The car looked brand new and had even been cleaned up upon its return. It smelled like a new car when I got inside.
Very easy to do business with. These are nice folks that are easy to do business with. Very affordable and value oriented.

They were beyond patient with my situation, they went over and above and beyond my expectations of a body shop! Larry the owner is the absolute nicest man and so is his receptionist! I called everyday (almost) to check on it and they never acted like I was bothering them. He pushed his crew to get it done, the car looks better than before the damages!

Larry and his team have been doing body work on my personal and business vehicles for 20 years. They are the highest quality body shop in the Greensboro - Burlington area. They work very well with my insurance companies and they meet their commitments for scheduling. Can't say that last part about a lot of body shops.

Had a great easy experience. Larry was very helpful to provide an informative and free estimate. Paint scratch and door dent on my new vehicle due to an inconsiderate person parked next to me. I can't even see that there was any damage to begin with thanks to the people at L & O. They did what they promised in the time they promised. They didn't even try to shift me around in their schedule, took my car as soon as I was ready. I would recommend them to anyone and should the need arise I will use their services in the future.
