I was very impressed with the Zap-it power-wash. I thought it was a great value, and they did a good job. We had a lot of mold build up after 17 years, and everything looks brand new now. They even did the easements and the windows and I thought the price was very very fair. We will definitely not go another 17 years. We will probably use them every year.

We couldn't be happier with Zap It Wash! We had a BIG job to do — stucco-style siding, lots of windows, slate patios, wooden porches, years worth of dirt... and our entire home looks brand new in a matter of five hours. These guys were really made things easy for me. I had my home listed for sale and really needed someone to come out to my home quickly and take care of the back of my home and my deck. They were able to provide me with a same day response to my initial request on a Friday, have a quote out to me the next day, and get the job completed by lunchtime the following Monday. I had a great experience with this company from initial phone call to end of service. Their business model makes it very easy for you as the customer to ask about what you need, get scheduled, and have your problem solved quickly (I called them on a Tuesday and they arrived on a Thursday). They also send a confirmation email, reminder, text day of arrival and receipt via email...this may sound standard but was really appreciated as I haven’t always seen this with pressure washing companies.

Called several companies to get a quote on my house wash, driveway wash, and a deck scrub - all were rated as an A by the BBB. Zap It, who did my neighbors' houses last year, was the best price. My house was in bad shape (love letters from the HOA and everything).
The young man came out, hooked up, and got after it. After he departed, one of my neighbors contacted me and said, "Wow! Your house and driveway look amazing!"
The guy that came out kept going back and forth over the house and it was clear he was ensuring not to miss a single spot. His attention to detail was superb.

I have used Zap It Power wash many times for my rental houses and for my personal house and I can not recommend this company enough! They are awesome to work with and do the best job. I am amazed how far they go to get the siding cleaned and they are so easy and pleasant to work with. My house is the cleanest it's been since it was built twenty plus years ago! Thank you Zap It! We were in need of having our house washed and contacted six companies to get quotes. Zap-It was one of those and they were right in with the average cost. I eliminated the one that was low priced and one that was very highly priced, which left me with four companies to choose from. After e-mails to the different companies, I decided to go with Zap-it.
