Very friendly, called late morning to have flowers delivered today and they were able to no problem. My daughter definitely needed a pick me up and loved the flowers but when she sent a picture I was very disappointed. It was just thrown together and the gerbera daisies are definitely only going to last a day or two if that. Definitely not fresh...

The lady that I spoke with today was so very helpful. I ordered flowers for my best friends very unexpected funeral. I waited until the last minute to order them because I just couldn't believe my friend had passed. I live 1300 miles away and could not be there for his service but wanted to see the heart shaped wreath of flowers that I had ordered, she sent me a picture of them before they were delivered to the funeral home. They are absolutely beautiful......the price was definitely affordable! I'd reccomend this shop to anyone looking for beautiful arrangements and nice people to take the order

My husband surprised me with a flower arrangement for our anniversary. The arrangement was very beautiful with lots of different flowers. However, not even two days after delivery, the flowers were turning brown and wilting. The lilies fell apart first followed by the roses,lI found out he paid $75.00 for an arrangement that did not last looking nice for two days. Very disappointed and will not be ordering from them again.

Ordered flowers for a friend, and I am two hours out of the area. Stein's took my simple color idea and made a tremendous arrangements. Ordered the arrangement in the morning and had it delivered by the afternoon. Professionalism, care, and customer service.

An older gentleman from Stein's just delivered flowers to my mother. He was so chivalrous and kind, but best of all he sang a beautiful Irish song. It was so wonderful I wanted to order more flowers just to have him come back and sing again.

My initial experience was done through the Website ordering platform. I worked all the way through the site inputting all appropriate information, but process failed with the complete purchase step. Very frustrating. I waited until the shop opened and had to go through the entire process again over the phone. Although their product was delivered on time, the bouquet looked nothing like the website picture that I based my purchase from. I was shocked, and very disappointed. I showed my wife the difference between what she received and what I ordered. Don't trust the website pictures.
