Every case is unique: there is no standard procedure. I will meet with you and tailor an individualized defense plan to address your specific needs. The vast majority of criminal cases in Massachusetts never go to trial. Ninety percent (90%) of all criminal matters in Massachusetts courts are resolved without a trial by a tender of plea which the defendant agrees to.
My client charged with attacking man with a baseball bat after finding his girlfriend at the man's home at 8AM. The victim first attacked and chased my client with a big knife in one hand and a pickaxe in the other hand. Client responded by taking baseball bat from his truck and striking victim's truck.
