The staff is very nice whenever I went in but it took over a month and a half for me to get my glasses and one of the lenses were wrong and they had to send them back and I still don't have them. I told them the contacts were irritating my eyes and lol I guess that doesn't matter. But yeah the service is nice, waiting to get glasses is terrible. 😖

I wish I could give no stars! Horrible people. Accused me of cursing a staff, when all I said to her in during my whole time there was "Yes" when asked if I was 3 o'clock appt. "Ma'am do you not see (the rain storm)" when asked to go back to my car to complete paperwork. "I'll just stand outside", "No, I'll stay here" when told I could come back inside when almost done with paperwork. "Here you go sweetheart, Do you need my ID and Insurance card" when handing back paperwork. Then she asked for my major medical insurance. I said "No." (Why ia my major medical ins. Everyone was super nice. It had been a couple years, so I was awaiting the dreaded PUFF in eye test... Ne'ermore! They have a fancy machine that did away with that.
Since it's a small town shop, I'm not sure if the selection of frames were that many, but what they had I liked... but I'm easy.
Either way, super nice.
