My wife and I drove 2 hours to look at a Suburban that was listed on their website. I talked to Russell on the phone about the Suburban and it was exactly as he described. Haven't used H&H (as I'm not in the market for a used car) but I can speak to the character of the ownership. I got stranded out under cover of their office during a rain storm. The person working not only took pity on me and let me in but also offered and was kind enough to give me a ride home from the storm. I highly recommend using them based on caliber of character alone.
