Fantastic, honest, reliable.
We had a carpenter any issue in our kitchen. Robinhood fit us as soon as they had a cancellation. The tech was professional and considerate of our family. He explained everything so we could understand. We highly recommend Robinhood. We ended up signing up for the annual service!

I had some carpenter ants sneaking into my home from a nearby woodpile. Carl examined my house, and then tracked the pests back to the woodpile. He exterminated the colony and sprayed my foundation to make sure we wouldn't see anymore. Sure enough, we started seeing less and less everyday. I can't wait until we don't see another ant! They're also great for wasps, and since spraying my house, I haven't seen any of those either.

I have lived in an older house in Avon Lake for 34 years. Every once in a while we'll get ants, but they don't present too serious of a problem--until last night. Winged ants started dropping out of the bottom of a window sill in our dining room--it was disgusting.
I had never contacted an exterminator until today. My first call went to a well-known national company. The gentleman who answered my call was nice enough, but he really pushed for me to sign up for a program in which they would keep coming out. I just wanted the ants gone now. The next local company listed was Robinhood

My mom lives in Fairview Park and is home- bound (for now). I live in Florida. We discovered she had a problem with bugs in the office area. Not only were they quickly responsive, Clint helped facilitate lodging for my mother, food delivered and did it all within less than 2 days. Beyond that, he went personally to the hotel to introduce himself to my mom the evening before he began work.
