I called crying my eyes out Thursday and the reception told me she would call me back. I call at 3:14 because I have not heard anything and they close at 3. Which is fine. That’s my problem that I didn’t realize the hours that day. I’ve been to several dentists in my life and I’ve never ever had a dentist refuse to work with me for a dental emergency. I truly liked going here and yes probably missed my cleanings or whatnot, but the person that raised me passed away and I’ve had a hard time. Loved this office! The staff was amazing. Dr. Price (and her staff) take their time and did not make me feel like I was just another paycheck. The staff answered all my questions and never made me feel rushed. So glad to find them. They were extremely transparent on treatment and pricing and I appreciate that level of honesty. Highly recommend them.

I had a routine checkup/cleaning. The entire staff were very helpful and friendly. Checkup and cleaning were well performed. I would have given 5 stars for this visit, but my service didn't start until 30 minutes after my appointment time. This was very unusual. They have always been very organized and punctual.

Had to go get new dentures somewhere else because they DO NOT GUARANTEE their services! My dentures from them are horrendous. Every time I went in it was said they supposed to look like that. No they do not my new ones fit perfect!!!!

Last year we moved to Alexander City and needed to find a new dentist and I was a little nervous because I had some less than great experiences with other dentists in the past. Dr. Price turned out to be fantastic. She answered every question I had and has been very accommodating and easy to work with. Unlike other places I've been, I've always felt welcome at her office by her and her team. And I have to say, the results of my treatment have been fantastic so far for me and my entire family.
