Family owned business. Very down to Earth people. Went far beyond what they had to to get us into a new home. After the first place we tried to buy burnt to the ground a day before closing, they spent a full day focused on my family in order to find a different home. We were able to find the perfect home for us. Would recommend this business for anyone looking to buy a property. They were always helpful and helpful.

Crappy property management!
When my wife moved away from the area, she needed someone to manage her house. The real estate agent (I can't imagine an actual "Realtor" doing this) who sold her the house offered to both rent it from her and "manage" it for her. Repairs and upgrades were performed without approval. Several months we were told about significant repair bills the day before the mortgage payment was due. "Hey! You're paying $500 out of your pocket tomorrow!" When we insisted on approval of all bills above $50, things got snotty. The ultimate kicker
