**Landstar Drivers there are rarely any MTs here** The check-in area/ security guard is half way down after you enter the property. If you're dropping an mt & picking up a load. The mt has to be dropped in the area before the security check-in. Loaded trailers are beyond the security check-in. I arrived at 1645 on 10/2 (Saturday) for a loaded trl that was supposed to be ready at 1500. Located the trl, it was loaded & sealed, but because the office did not close out the paperwork before they left for the day, I wasn't allowed to take it. Highly upset esp because this may screw me on my next load

Avoid this cluster f. No room to drop trailers. Impatient people and spotters who ignore you. Trailers stacked 3 deep and in fire lanes. No one helping drivers. And before you say you're adding a second lot maybe you should have done that years ago. Wasting drivers valuable time. Totally unacceptable.
