Sawyer Davis helped us find the perfect lake property for our family. It was an older cabin that needed some work. Sawyer was instrumental in helping us come up with an appropriate offer and to close the deal. He also help us find the right team to renovate the property. We feel very fortunate to be able to rely on Sawyer's experience and local knowledge through every step of our process. We are now settled in our home, and could not be happier.
