To provide to plumbing professional, amateur and D.I.Y. with the knowledge and materials to choose the correct faucet, fixtures and toilet replacement parts for their situation. The North Shore Faucets name has been linked to quality plumbing fixtures and faucets with a specialty in replacement parts for the past twenty five plus years.
We started as a plumbing and mechanical contracting firm known as P.H.C. Mechanical in October of 1975 serving the north shore suburban and north side of Chicago. We noticed that in the late 1980's with an economic downturn there was a lack of locations that were able to aid professionals, amateurs and D.I.Y. with knowledge and materials for plumbing replacement and repairs.

Called ahead and was told the cartridge for a very old Chicago Faucet were in stock. Never knew the differences: long or short stems; left or right turn; what kind of handle: lever, disc, cross-arm.
‘Do they turn the same direction or different?’ “Same.” ‘So 2 hot water cartridges for cross-arm handles!’
Returned with two pieces and then asked me what my problem was. After a short discussion he opened a drawer and removed a few bags of spare parts and put the cartridges away. Sold me washers, seats and o-rings saving me the expensive of 2 new cartridges.

Reading the reviews for North Shore Faucets you can tell they know their stuff. They offer one-on-one service at the counter. They offered correct advice and supplied the correct parts. They even saved me money by offering graphite string to seal a valve ($4) as a posed to selling me a new valve that could have been $40. And it worked like a charm. Highly recommended.

So walked in with my 60 year old faucet cartridges. Cutest girl ever behind the counter took one second and she know what I needed. I was like no way this beautiful woman was right I went with it. And 30 dollars later. Was walking out thinking wow she is beautiful. Went home faucet cartridge fit perfect. Just like this woman I’m totally impressed. Wow best place ever. Thanks made my day and will always recommend them ti everyone. Super cheep too the cost that is. Best place to go for plumbing needs. Wow beautiful women too.
