Went in do to severe pain and was given a one week supply of motrin. After paying cash for all my expenses, I found out I needed three root canals. I was prescribed motrin and an antibiotic. Within a week the pain became unbearable. When I called back for help due to the pain, it took me three phone calls to figure out they could not give me any narcotic prescription over the phone and they were closed down for a 4 day holiday weekend. When I was rightfully frustrated due to the fact I had called the day before complaining of the pain increase, the on call doctor was rude and unhelpful and SHE

Excellent care! It took years of trial and error to finally find a practice that truly cares for the whole family. We've seen all three doctors: Dr. (Chris) Jones, Dr. Secor, and Dr. Scott. ALL have given exceptional patient care- from childhood to adulthood. This is the first practice we've been to where we don't see a different hygienist every time due to high employee turnover! Clearly they are doing something right if they're retaining their employees. Highly recommend!
