Mary serves as our Office Manager, helping "cut the red tape" of insurance benefits for our patients. She has faithfully worked with Dr. Park for over 20 years in every imaginable capacity! Ask Mary about her successful eyelid surgery! She and her husband enjoy Mary's daughters, grandchildren, and growing citrus trees, just to name a few of their hobbies.
Since my experience with this clinic i wanted my husband to have his eyes checked even though it had been less than a year since he had an eye exam. We are so very thankful he went. Dr. Park is so caring. There was a little wait but for us it was well worth it. Dr. Park found a problem with my husband's eye that should have been found during his last exam at another eye doctor's office.

I would've given this office 10 stars. Dr. Park is a real treat, she has a wonderful personality and so patient. Dr. Park was also very professional with my mom. So I decided that day to make an appointment as well. I appreciated the great service that entire office showed my mom. Dr. Park is the best eye doctor we've been to in a long time. Worst experience I ever had with a optometrist. Staff at this location was Friendly. On the other hand Dr Park was the rudest I’ve ever met. She didn’t take her time during the exam,which caused me several visits and time away from my job. After several opportunities and several different lenses that made my vision blurry i returned the frame and asked for a full refund. At my exam instead of being concerned with the patient it seemed she was more concerned with her antique Ford Mustang. Please avoid this place at all cost. I ended up going to Devine eyes and had to re pay to be re-examined

This was my first vision appointment since I was 7. I called before hand and someone took down all of my concerns. One of the issues I’ve been experiencing on and off for 15 years and no one prior to Dr. Park was able to tell me anything and pinned it on my anxiety disorder. I arrived extremely nervous however witnessing the staff interact so positively with one another put me at ease. I expressed my fears due to having anxiety. Arrived at this location after being referred by insurance company. Only to be told that they’re not accepting new patients for glass replacements. Sales person prior was
Telling someone at the front desk that he didn’t know how to bill VSP insurance. He made up a story that they’re not taking new patients. Wasted my time and gas driving here but I will tell VSP to remove them from the list of premier providers. Went to Devine Eye Care and received great service.

Growing up as a military brat, we moved a lot and I have had many different optometrists. I've never had a regular optometrist since we moved regularly and I finally have one now! I have been going to Dr. Dorothy Park & Associates for over 10 years now and I can honestly say that the folks over in Dr. Park's office are some of the most personable and caring professionals I've had the pleasure of doing business with. When I walked in the door, I was greeted with (masked) smiling faces!! Samantha, Marissa and the staff I worked with were pleasant and very knowledgeable.
