I recently had my AC unit malfunction and called around to a few places. Earth Temp answered right away and was able to schedule a service call the same day! Demetris came out later in the afternoon and diagnosed my problem quickly. I’m happy to report that my house is once again comfortable! Exceptional service at a good price that I would recommend to anyone. Demetris is a very friendly person, and it was a pleasure being able do business with him.

They came through and delivered on their promise and I’m very satisfied with the work. The communication and timing could use improvement but the work was solid and professionally done. Of course, I will recognize that the timing issues may be partially related to the pandemic and the extreme heat wave we had around Memorial Day, which is when I reached out to them.
