Will never do business with them again nor recommend them to anyone! They did a complete master bathroom remodel on our house in 2019. Fast forward 2 years and we have water leaking from the bathroom through the ceiling into our living room. After having a plumber out, he found out that everything is fine mechanically, however, the tub is leaking where the sealant is and the shower is leaking because the grout has completely worn away. I called Elite and explained the situation. The lady who answered agreed that this should not be happening after only 2 yrs. She said she would let Randy know and

JoJo and her crew of workers are the most hard working people I have ever seen! They came in and started work, no goofing around from these people, from start to finish.

We hired Elite Floors last month to remove carpet and tile on almost the whole first floor and install luxury vinyl plank and new baseboards. Overall, it was a good experience. The project was completed on time and the crew cleaned up well each day. My husband had a couple of small concerns at the end and both were addeessed and fixed promptly. We absolutely love our flooring!

If you expect communication and follow through from a contractor do NOT call these people. They did not communicate with me and installed their choice of base which was not something I chose. When the job was completed by their contractors they didn't even come out to check the job or see if I was happy. Randy called a week later looking for money and when I told him what happened he argued with me. Said ALL of his customers call him to give him money. Then the other guy there lied and said he had called us because Randy put him on the spot. Crappy crappy customer service. Will NOT

Completely satisfied from start to finish. Will came out to give us an estimate and gave suggestions as to how we might want the finished product to look. He was thorough and wasn't pushy. The installers (Ray and crew) came out, and were polite and respectful. The finished job looks great. We will definitely use them again.
