Great staff. Very responsive. Felt kinda skeptical going thru a smaller mortgage broker but Marcel’s great attitude quickly changed that. I got a excellent refinance APR on a 15 year mortgage and couldn’t be happier. Thank you for all your help!

I came in as an intern and they were quick to teach me the ropes of an HR assistant. I was always able to asks questions about every subject in the mortgage industry which helped me get a better understanding of the people we were hiring. If you need guidance they are there to help but if you feel competent to take the lead, they will let you do that as well.

They are unresponsive and slow to review for funding. Days later still waiting......clearly don't care about meeting Close of escrow dates and don't care about parties involved in the purchase transaction

They have a phone number listed, but nobody answer the phone. They also have a recording for you to leave a message, but mailbox is full and can't take messages.
I'm very disappointed.
