Super UNPROFESSIONAL and rude over the phone. I booked a reservation 1 month in advance. 2 weeks before the reservation, I called to update my payment information as my card was compromised. After updating my payment information, I received an updated invoice $100 more expensive. I called to clarify and the person over the phone advised he would fix it. Received a second invoice and it was still $86 higher than my original reservation. I called again to clarify. The employee then said it was because of tolls and an early morning fee they have to pay the drivers for reservations prior to 6am. My

The worst of it is at the bottom..STAY AWAY!!! TERRIBLE COMPANY. I RESERVED A RIDE TO AND FROM THE AIRPORT. I RECEIVED 4 DIFFERENT EMAILS WITH DIFFERENT PRICES ON THEM ONCE THE RIDE WAS CONFIRMED BY THEM. THE PRICES WERE NOT MUCH DIFFERENT SO I PAID NO MIND TO IT BUT THE NEXT DAY, I GET 2 MORE EMAILS DOUBLING MY PRICE BECAUSE THEY DON'T HAVE A TOWN CAR(JUST A CADILLAC). NO CALL, JUST A BILL. IF THAT WAS THE CASE, I UNDERSTAND BUT I HAD PLANNED THIS ASSUMING MY RIDE WAS TAKEN CARE OF SINCE IT WAS CONFIRMED AND NOW I HAVE TO SET UP ANOTHER RIDE LAST MINUTE.
