I am so thankful for this locksmith service! I called SIX other locksmiths after I locked myself out of my apartment while out with my puppy. Half of them didn't answer the phone, the others referred me to other locksmiths who also didn't answer the phone. It was disheartening and I was at a loss until I thankful came across Key Locksmith. I highly ,highly recommend John and his very professional and responsive family business . My key broke off in my front door , I was able to reach him at almost 11PM which was such a relief, to arrange an appointment. So very patient as I tried to find new hardware, and he was able to find my exact Baldwin unit ( over 30 years old) in stock to perfectly match on my door. We just got a new door installed, so needed our house re-keyed. The entire process was very easy from requesting a quote to the completed job. Communication was great through Yelp and by phone.
John showed up on-time, was very knowledgeable about the locks we needed to change, performed the job quickly and everything was done perfectly. Very friendly service, a great quality job done and a very reasonable price.

i called late in the evening, expecting to get vm, but a live friendly person answered and set up the appointment with ease.
the next day
we had him add 2 keypads, and change the locks on 5 existing doors
in the midst of other construction in the house, he stayed out of my other contractor's way, was very quick, and super friendly! highly recommend!!!
we will use again if needed!

Now that is what I call service! Messaged the company to get an estimate on installation of a code deadbolt and got a response within 10 mins even less. The quote was very reasonable and competitive as I messaged other lock smiths as well. The technician John showed up on time was extremely friendly and courteous, installed the device and when finished it would not program because we had bought a defective device (no fault of his) He went himself to exchange it at Lowes and got me a more reliable model and saved me some money in the process. Installed it and when my wife and I changed our mind
