Twilight's Family Caregiver Program allow a worker's family to be paid for the care they already provide. Exhausted providing care for your loved one? Our skilled nurses can provide much-needed support and time off for overburdened family caregivers. Managing medications, doctor visits, medical equipment and more can be overwhelming.

Our trained staff can help you manage all aspects of care and ensure your loved one is getting the highest quality of medical care available. Any family member or friend providing care to the worker are eligible for hourly compensation. The EEOICPA & RECA programs were specifically set up to support families affected by work related illnesses.
Services
The Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act (EEOICPA) and the Radiation Exposure Compensation Act (RECA) make it possible for qualified nuclear workers and uranium miners to get free healthcare services-help that can prove invaluable for both you and your family. Help with the process (assistance with the paperwork requirements and navigating the "system").
RECA was created by Congress to compensate Cold War workers with work-related illnesses resulting from chemical and radiation exposure. Uranium miners, ore haulers, and uranium millers are eligible for lump sum compensation of $100,000. In 1990 legislators passed the Radiation Exposure Compensation Act.
EEOICPA was created by Congress to compensate Cold War workers with work-related illnesses resulting from chemical and radiation exposure. The race to develop nuclear weapons in the early part of the twentieth century involved thousands of workers-workers who were exposed to radiation and harmful chemicals, and who eventually developed illnesses, cancer, and other diseases because of their exposure.
When a loved one is struggling with a serious illness, it is only reasonable to want to take care of him or her the best way you can. At Twilight Health, we understand how you feel. We want you to know that many EEOICPA and RECA beneficiaries are able to receive in-home care, including training and hourly compensation for family members to become personal caregivers.
The US military and Department of Energy established an extensive network of nuclear facilities throughout the country during World War II and the Cold War. The workers who served their country at these sites were often exposed to hazardous levels of radiation and other dangers in the process of mining for nuclear materials, weapon production, and testing.
