This place is a gem!! I honestly can't say enough about this place. Ken is absolutely amazing and had helped me multiple times! He can help fix things that other MDs don't have answers to. He took away years of neck pain in one day for me, and is helping me heal my lungs and inflammation due to complications from covid. Highly recommend!

This is by far the best practice! Every time I walk into the office I am greeted by Amy, who is always happy and has great positive energy. The second person who greets me is Antonia, who is also the sweetest person and does great job in assisting everyone in the office and my favorite laser girl!! Where do I start with Kaitlynn? I have been… treated by other acupuncturists, but Kaitlynn is incredible. Her knowledge is remarkable and always listens to my needs and concerns. She has helped me for various things and has even gone the extra mile to speak to a good friend of mine about acupuncture

Got diagnosed with Bell’s Palsy. They don’t do all the points on the face and Ken saw me the first time then that was it. Had an appt tonight and after a 40 minute wait I decided to leave. Kaitlynn saw me and I said I had to leave to get up in 6 hrs for work and offered to do a 15 minute treatment . I have no insurance so I’ve been paying $80 per visit. So I asked her if she would cut the price but she said no so I left. I guess it’s all about the money there not the care . That’s my experience and I will find someone else .

Ken Moss Smithtown acupuncture is the best!!!! My son had a knee issue. After a year of doctors, MRIs and X-rays we had no conclusion. Went to HSS, Stonybrook and NY hospital. No answers. Ken Moss in 5 minutes figured out he had tendinitis in the back of his knee. Did acupuncture for ten minutes. Then told my son to run around the building two… times. With tears in my sons eyes he said that he had no more pain. A total miracle. Second story. I just saw him last week. After a month of back pain and seeing doctors. One treatment with Ken Moss and I was back to the golf course. Miracle worker

I have had chronic back/leg pain for the last five or so years and have seen several specialist and have never received positive results. I started seeing Kaitlynn at Smithtown Acupuncture about two months ago and have experienced significant improvement in such a short period of time. Thanks to Kaitlynn, for the first time in five years I am not in constant pain and am able to walk normally again. Very rarely do I wait more than 5-10 minutes to be treated. The rest of the staff treats me very professionally. They make it clear that their patients being comfortable and having a positive experience

I have been to a few acupuncturists but Ken is really one of the best acupuncturists. But I have been coming here close to the beginning of this practice.. There is a little wait in the office because it is usually full, but less of a wait if you're willing to use one of the other acupuncturists or there for the nutritionist. There is a month wait for new patients but definetly worth it!! Ken was able to cure me in a few visits when doctors could not!!

I give this place a 10! I have tried everything under the sun from play therapists, neurologists, and behavioral therapy to help my daughter with her anger issues.. nothing has worked until I saw Dr. Ken Moss. I cannot believe the drastic changes I have seen in my daughter’s behavior after only 3 visits. Dr. Moss has taught her how to handle her… emotions and the results are astonishing!! She is more accountable for her behavior and even expresses how she feels when she is upset. The best part is she asks me to go back each week. I couldn’t ask for anything better than that.
