I had issues with my phone and took it to Geek Squad and they couldn't do anything about it after 2 separate appointments, telling me I'd have to send it in to get it replaced. The Phone Medic guys had it fixed in an hour. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I wish they were open 24/7. Anyway, 10/10 would recommend.

I took my phone here and was told the price to repair a screen would be $162 I was ready to walk out when the guy behind the counter told me there was a lifetime warranty and if it every broke I wouldn't be charged to repair it. So I hesitantly agreed. It took a whole week for my phone to be finished not only that but there was glue all over the edge of my phone and the screen started coming up on the second day (i was able to see the light from inside my phone). A couple weeks later my screen had a small crack and I took it back to this place and was told there was no warranty and if I wanted

They have amazing customer service but I’m pretty sure the screens they use for iPhone are not apple certified or whatever. If you want cheaper than apple then this is the place to go but your screen will not act right sometimes. I’ve done everything I can with apple without getting a new screen but nothing worked. I guess I’m better off getting a new phone

Will not be back. had my iPhone repaired and before asking me if that was OK to put a white screen on a black phone. they put a screen protector on it as if that fixed that it was a different color.I took it back and they told me they would replace it for no cost, but I had to wait till the black screens arrived. after 2 weeks of going up there the OWNERS told me that they would call me when they came in but due to covid 19 it has been delayed. well now its August, 8 months later and still no call. I'm still waiting on to have my phone fixed properly.

Gabe was super friendly! Both of the guys even stayed open a little later for me to get there! They fixed up my screen and offered a tempered glass protector, which I ended up getting! For someone that has never broken a phone, they made the process so easy and they were the most reasonable option for my pocket book! Will be sending friend their way! If you can see the picture below, this was the before state of my phone! 😬
