I would highly recommend this shop over any repair/dealership. The turn around for my vehicle was at least 2-3 weeks quicker with Autohaus compared the other shops I called. AB and Ray were very communicative and over delivered on their promises.

very bad service, they keep telling you new date to give your car back, very very bad service, waste of money and time

I will never recommend this place to anyone. They just stalled me week to week. They had my vehicle for a month and gave my car back with several problems. Geico recommended me this place and I regret it. Dont make the same mistake and go somewhere else.

The good thing was that they cleaned my boyfriend's car very well. There were some misunderstandings and Abd took his time and effort to clarify them for me which I appreciate.

Autohaus K&H went above and beyond for my repairs! Not only did they do a great job on the basic repairs needed from someone hitting my car in a parking lot, but they were especially great when handling the vinyl I had on my car. My car has custom decals along the sides. Originally, I was contacted by Randy to tell me they would be unable to replicate the custom work because they do not do vinyl work like that and they requested that I go online and find replacements. I initially went to BMW for a diagnostic due to having an abs/check engine light . I was informed that I had a transfer case issue and I was quoted an outrageous price by BMW. I eventually decided to go to Autohaus due to convenience despite some of the negative reviews I read. Autohaus installes a transfer case and removed the old one. Using all OEM parts to make my car the same as when I first drove it off the lot which is especially reassuring during this grief 😕

Gave me my car back knowing it would not start back up due to the battery being bad but didn't tell me till after I paid and was leaving and was nothing I could do about it. Go somewhere else if you can.

If you need a body shop that can take out scraped paint or larger body work this shop can handle what you need .Speak to Otto the owner and he will take care of you.This shop is an authorized Audi,Lamborghini, Porsche and Jaguar repair shop that can handle pretty much repairs on any make or model .*note even though I do not have one of those brands Otto took care of my rear bumper .When my car was returned ,he even detailed my car inside and out better than it has looked in years.

I own a Maserati, Benz and a Bentley. They have taken care of all of them. I had major work on the Bentley. Their prices were fair and work was great. They do all the maintenance on my other two cars. Fast and reasonable prices. Plus they treat you like a person, not just a customer. Their only downside is they don't have a lot of space. (probably a result of happy customers)

My BMW has been in their shop since 12/28/17 when I was in a car accident. It's now April 11th and it's still not ready. Every week they need a new part. I spoke with "Otto" today and he said that the last part they needed came in today and my car will be ready this afternoon. I sincerely doubt that because I've been hearing the same thing for over 2 weeks. It's always something with them. Worst place to get a car repaired. They got my check, let my car sit in the shop for 42 days, and then 3 years later, when it rains, it goes inside. Also they lie about what things they actually repaired. Insurance company had to get my car out of there. You might as well buy a new car. Crossing my fingers nothing else is wrong with my car.

Had an accident and decided to, after a wrecker driver recommended them, bring my Mercedes to the closed "Mercedes certified" body shop. Insurance paid for the work. Worst paint job ever. Cracked within a year. Peaking off. Bad job. Customer services was moderate. They had to redo it once because it just looked bad.
Warning** if you have an expensive car, don't waste your time. They will not do it justice. Too many other "good" quality shops out there to deal with this poor excuse for a body shop. Horrible.

Because this repair shop is so convenient I've given them a fair amount of business over the past decade between routine maintenance for my cars and body work.

Unfortunately, things took a turn for the worse when I took them my Audi S8. They damaged the wire housing doing routine maintenance and it took a lot of time, energy and back and forth to get them to own that they in fact damaged it and then to get them to replace it at their own expense. They kept trying to claim that despite them damaging it, they shouldn't have to pay to put it back the way it was when I gave it to them for

My car was brought to Autohaus due to an unfortunate accident and the wrecker who towed my car was affiliated with this garage so this is where my car ended up. During the drive to the garage the tow truck driver Mike really talked this place up although I told him I hadn't made any decisions about where to fix my car and I was leaning towards getting it repaired at the Lexus dealership if the insurance company didn't total it out. Markus and the entire staff were very freindly, straight forward, and knowledgeable. I was given several options in regards to the best way to repair the vehicle.

The Control Unit was out when I arrived, and I was told it would need replacement. After they reset the unit, it came back to life. I was happy that they were honest and did not simply say, "sorry we have to replace it." I had a common issue with the model of Mercedes in which wires are crimped when the trunk is closed.

While only 4 of the 14 were cut, Autohaus extended all 14 wires to ensure I wouldn't have this issue

I'm pretty pleased with the service and customer service Autohaus gave to me. The only reason I stumbled across this place is because I received a letter from them for a complimentary oil change and I needed an oil change for my jetta. Otherwise I would not have checked them out. They did however charge me $40 since my car required synthetic oil. It looks like they run about ~$90 for synthetic oil changes. I didn't mind paying since I was already getting a complimentary oil change redeeming the letter I received.

I took my VW in after some sensor lights came on and my engine wasn't getting power and they told me I needed a new battery, connectors, a new fuse box...blah, blah, blah and all this other car stuff that I don't understand.
