I had a pretty smooth experience with the guys here. I bough an F150 and got a good price on the vehicle. I came from out of state and they had it ready to test drive when I arrived. The Transaction was smooth and they were up-front about the cost of the vehicle after taxes/fees. They also helped us get it registered quickly so that I did not have to drive back the next day, saving us an extra trip. I would buy a vehicle from them again.

Very disappointed in the sales man Damon first went to test drive a 2014 Jeep Wrangler price listed was 26,980. Before the test drive Damon said hold on let me go out some gas in the car, came back and said I actually can't find the company card do you have 5$ to put in the tank. I took it for a test drive when I was ready to purchase the vehice he said well we're gonna have to add 700$ on to the price due to the fact that you have to pay dealer fees sorry dude but no a dealer fee is just for them to sign paper work to say you bought it from them unless you want to register it through

Wow, extremely shady dealership. I was interested in purchasing a car and wanted to trade in as well. Met with a sales agent and received a quote for my trade in (a bit below other trade in quotes that I had received). I was moving through the process and let them know that I was going to be going through another bank for financing. It was at this point that I was informed that all financing must go through them. Called a day to confirm if a 2012 VW Beetle was still available. The salesman (Damion) said absolutely and that he himself had just driven that car and that it was just wonderful. He told me the car was in service but would be ready for us the following day and to call him 30 minutes in advance. We. did just that the next day when we almost there. He said the car was still in service and he would call me right back. Called back in 5 minutes to tell me they were going to have to do $2,000 in repairs including a new clutch (car supposedly only had 54,835 miles on it) and the price of the car

Drove down to the dealership to look at a truck they had. They told me the truck was being used as a "demo" and that the GM was driving it essentially as his personal vehicle. No worries there, they told me it would be cleaned and ready for me when it was delivered. Come a week later, the truck is barely clean and still has receipts and trash in it from the previous owner. It basically looks like someone washed it down with a garden hose a took a household vacuum to whatever they could reach. Shady business. Had a noon appt to test drive a Ram Promaster, $23,000 asking price. Talked to chris on the phone but was greeted by another sales rep - chris was trying to sell a convertible mustang. 15 minutes later the car is rolled up for me to test drive, after first for some reason driven past me to the back of the lot. I just walked away from this Dealership with $38,000 in my pocket. After test driving a 2018 26,000 mile jeep unlimited With a newly installed suspension and wide tires the jeep shimmied down the road and then rubbed on the front bumper when turning.I was told "eh, all jeeps with a 2 inch lift do that" then when the drivers mirror didn't move I said that's probably still under the warranty which I was informed it no longer had the factory warranty because it was from Canada...hahaha after looking at the Carfax I now learned that Ohio and Michigan are apparently part of Canada

Once again, I run into a used car salesman who's high horse sits a little higher than anyone else's! For starters, I called the guy who had been emailing with me, gave my name and the car, he says "I speak to 2K people a day, your gonna have to gimme a little more info" ya ok buddy I'm sure you do! Called and inquired about a car and asked if there was any negotiation on the price. The response I get is "we spend 50K a year on advertising, it would be stupid to negotiate another price wouldn't it?" I hung up the phone and once again will keep my 2K down payment
