He and his wife, Katie, both have roots in Idaho and are happy to be part of such a great community. Dr. Swenson received his undergraduate education from Utah Valley University and attended dental school at The University of Iowa College of Dentistry.

As a dentist he fell in love with orthodontics, and attended Iowa's Orthodontic Residency Program to become an orthodontic specialist. Swenson Family Orthodontics is excited to be among the good people of this community, and looks forward to helping all of you find the smile you deserve!

I came in about a year ago excepting to have braces for most of my high school year. The Swenson family took great care of my teeth and always made sure I didn’t have any questions. I started with Dr Swenson mid treatment from another orthodontist. It was a very easy transition. He talks to you and keeps you informed as your treatment plan progresses. He is very patient with your questions and never makes you feel like he’s rushing to get to the next patient. I highly recommend him for any age group.
