I had an Amazing experience with the CEO of this company Howie Jays! He has a lot of experience in the mortgage field and the fact that they shopped the best rate for me between 50 + lenders and got me a great rate on our refinance of our property i'm truly grateful! I was able to cash out more than I needed to bank money and do renovations on our beautiful new home which he also financed. Today I parked in Howie's spot. Yes- I was wrong for that and he should've called the tow truck. Instead he blocked me with his car, trapping me (unlawful restraint). Refused to leave after pleading with him. Only after I called the police, did he run off. He then swerved off violently and preceded to block the only drive way exiting the garage. I felt like my life was in danger. Luckily other cars were exiting the garage so he moved and I was able to speed away. Filed a police report.

I was given a loan approval at the beginning of my house search. Once I received my approval , I immediately started looking for houses. I found a beautifully renovated townhome and made an offer. Once the seller agreed to my offer, I let my financing representative know and then I was told I was not approved anymore. Overall my experience was disappointing and was given false hope.

Amazing experience and unbelievably service! Andres, the mortgage broker is an incredible hardworking person. He makes himself available even after working hours including holidays and weekends. Always answered my calls , when i was with out hopes he was there telling me let me help you i know i can do it just truth me and i bless his call at the right moment and even when I didn’t call him he called me just to let me know that he was working and on top of my case when all brokers told me is impossible he always told me i can do it and thanks him i have my house finally after all that i passed
