When I first started pressure washing I honestly had no idea that cleaning, staining, and repairing wood decks would be such a big part of my business. After cleaning and staining hundreds of decks on the peninsula we have come up with the most efficient process in the industry. We have experience with every major chemical cleaning company and stain company and can advise you on selecting your oil or stain.
Capp's Pressure Washing is best known for being the Bay Area's leader in residential pressure washing but several times a year we do provide our services for commercial jobs. Our commercial jobs range from business complexes, apartment / condominium complexes, and even a warehouse for a Nike commercial.
Every once in a while we see damage to a homeowners property caused by a pressure washer. The most commonly damaged surfaces are wood decks and window screens. I wish I started taking pictures of damaged surfaces a long time ago but here are a few for now. Damage to redwood deck caused by a high pressure cold water machine.
