Rick graduated from the University of Delaware with a degree in ornamental plant science. He is the President and co-owner of RSC Landscaping LTD. He is considered by many to be the true backbone of the company. With over twenty years of experience, Rick has turned a sixteen acre farm into one of the largest and most well respected landscaping companies in Delaware.
He has been featured in numerous magazines for his unique ability to create designs that truly transform his customer's landscapes. Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
I went there personally and requested that someone come out to give me an estimate of cost for my project. This was in April. I have called and visited several times. They never did come... I just gave up. Not professional, not responsive, did not do what I requested.

Three years ago we moved to Southern Delaware from metro DC. We found RSC landscaping and they've serviced our entire property from lawn maintenance , irrigation, and landscape design ever since. Their East Coast Garden Center is wonderful. It’s a large property chocked full of inventory and the staff is super. We’re not skilled at gardening so each Spring and Fall ( and lots in between) we visit and take ideas and recommendations from one of the many helpful staff folks. They know their stuff!

A neighbor had a big job designed by Mark Voelkel at RSC Landscaping and installed by his team which turned out gorgeous and really transformative of the entire look of the property. It was exactly the creative type of thinking we needed for our yard so we asked Mark for a design and bid for some areas on our property. We are so glad we did. We’ve had Mark do several major areas for us now and more will be on the way.
