We have had nothing but positive experiences with North Dallas Bank & Trust. They have been in the area for years and are huge supporters of the local communities. I am not sure people realize just how much they do here locally. Finding a bank that invests in the local community is a rare commodity lately. I've never had such issues with a debit account in my life. The most recent problem was caused when they (without notifying me) changed the billing address on file for my card to the address of the bank! Now my card and all of the funds in it is unusable until Monday morning when the bank opens, as the phone support can do nothing for me.

NDB&T is now taking a 1% fee from cashing a paycheck to get your money. This onerous practice which is outlawed in many states is a direct tax on the poor and shows that NDBT has no moral or social conscious. I would contact them an urge them to change this policy. It is easy for the 1% to make rules to tax the poor but hard to do whats right. Boycott this bank until it wakes up to its moral duty.
