I can't say enough good things about custom fitness.
I hit a plateau in my fitness. No matter how strictly I ate or how many more hours a week I put in at the gym ... I couldn't break through the plateau. Out of frustration, more than anything, I decided to see what custom fitness was all about.
I'm glad I did. I've been working out with Custom fitness for about a month now and have completely blasted through the plateau! The trainers bring a wide variety of exercises to each session that I wouldn't normally do on my own. This is exactly what I needed. Beyond that they
