Excellent communication. We had an issue that wasn't their doing, however they took the time to come out and make sure in the rain. Great company. I am the President of an Association and this is the first time I had used them. I have since recommended them to everyone that asks. Thank you Michael and crew at Hammerhead for replacing the roofs on all of our 11 buildings.

I’d like to say a big thank you to Mike the owner and the whole Hammerhead team. Recently they had done a great job at replacing the roofs in our community. The guys were all very professional and always willing to answer any questions. Mike always picks up his phone when issues came up and resolved them that same day or at least had a way to resolve it! The office always answers and is on top of every project going on. I couldn’t thank them enough for the amazing job him and his team did. Will definitely be using them again in the future. This company is exactly the reason of what is worst about roofers. They break things and then find it acceptable to fix them in substandard fashion. The management is the worst of all as they seem to think when presented with an expectation to fix the things they break take the position that their being abused. They leave items everywhere. Nails,shingles, tar. They don’t wear masks when speaking to customers. Truly the most disgraceful excuse of a company there is.
