First time Botoxer, long time scowler. I visited the office a couple of months ago and have nothing but positive feedback about my experience. The front desk was kind and helpful. My appointment was with Tom and he did a fantastic job. I hate needles and was very nervous but he put my mind at ease in no time. Happy to say that the 111, not just an 11, is gone and I look forward to my next visit with them.

I had a primary rhinoplasty with Dr. Ladner because I wanted the hump removed and my tip raised and brought in. It was considered an average difficulty case and only cosmetic. I am completely devastated by the results! Dr. Ladner removed too much cartilage from my septum and only left 4 mm of width where there is supposed to be 10-15 mm to maintain strength. My septum collapsed and left a dent on my bridge. The tip became more droopy than before surgery and very deformed. After a year post-op, I could no longer breathe out of my nose. He offered to “make minor adjustments” to revise my surgery
