I lost my keys, and had to have a locksmith come and rekey both the motorcycle and the car. The work was exceptional. Most people will no rekey bikes, so that is already a bonus.
I received a phone call prior to the appointment for confirmation. The technician, Jason, was prompt, courteous, and informative. He was explaining what he was doing the entire time, which was educational. I never realized everything that went into remaking keys.
Initially I had been in communication with the owner Heath, who was very kind, and patient. He answered all of my questions. Everything was exactly how it was

These guys are awesome. I was given a quote over Yelp and even though my Kia had been re-keyed they stuck to it. What should have been a quick job, Jason was in total communication with base and his boss to get er done. He was probably here almost three hours and in mid-day heat mind you!
Thank you Jason and the AML team to get me back up and running.
Here's what I didn't mention... I have a court date tomorrow and all my paperwork was in the car!

After two weeks of my landlord not doing anything to resolve the issue of the mailbox keys she had lost, I got the go-ahead to call a locksmith. Within 30 minutes of my calling he was here, the new lock was in place, keys in my hand, and he even went as far as to help us ask for the code to our pool that our landlord had failed to provide as well! As a family new to the Austin area, this company really made us feel at home in a time of need and embodied that kind, big hearted do-good attitude that Austin is famous for! I have kids who kept opening the lock and running out of the house. I was finally able to search for a locksmith around 1130 in the evening and Austin Mobile surprisingly responded. We worked all the details out late in the evening and he came and fitted our new deadbolt and he made sure it matches our existing door, color and finish. It looks fantastic and its high enough where our 3yr old cant reach. Love the work and professionalism!! I reccomend them to anyone at anytime!!

Heath came to my house quickly and opened my car door in ~10 seconds. He was also the cheapest price amongst all the quotes I got (I got over 8 bids on this)! Turns out he's been doing this for a long time but just recently moved to Austin. I highly recommend him. He also accepts credit card unlike other locksmiths.
Also, quick tip, Heath is one of the few people in town that will make keyless car fobs (Toyota Prius etc) for dirt cheap. Have him give you a quote if you are missing a keyless car fob and don't want to pay exorbitant dealer prices.
