They are extremely professional and kind. I can tell they really care about your health and want you to get better. Everybody works as a team there and assist each other if your main PT is busy. They provide massage and a zappy machine (don't know what it's called) and then do stretches and even give you a paper with them so you can do them at home. They always ask how your pain level is. Great place!

This place was so horrible! Staff was extremely rude and didn't seem to know much. I'm currently recovering from a car accident and I actually tried physical therapy for the first time and this place made my back pain 1000 times worse!!! I'm currently attending a chiropractor and it's 1000 times better! Whatever this staff did to me hurt me sooo much more!! My health started declining after attending this place for some months!! I'm way much more pain then when I started going there!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone especially with the unfriendly staff.

Really upset, my daughter is a minor and they would not allow me to go in with her for her therapy appt. I wasn't told I could not in with her when I made appt. really bad communication with employees! I was allowed in first time for evaluation and was never told I am not allowed to go in with her after that. This the first time this has ever happened with any kind of doctor I have taken my daughter to. Very disappointing !!!

I have visited many different providers. This place is the best. The office is very clean, employees are polite, knowledgeable and friendly. But most importantly they do the job!
At other PT places they just place tense units on you with hot/cold pack and this is it! At this place, they are really working on you. You get manual therapy as well as exercises.
I highly recommend this place if you are looking to get serious treatment. All technicians are very good!!! You will not regret.

I really like the people at Bay Rehab, from the multiple receptionists to the team of physical therapists, who all work in concert so well to keep people on task. You won't wait around waiting for your next exercise or station. They don't overbook although you might be surprised at the number of active patients/clients in play at one time.

Just want to say thank you to Liz Salazar for taking care of me when I go and do my therapy. All of the staff here are very nice and professional. Right when you walk through the door the ladies at the front desk always greet you with a smile and sincere welcome. I really look forward to coming and doing my therapy here. I chose this place a month ago due to its Yelp ratings. I had my doctor send in a prescription. I have received no calls from them. I have called numerous times and no one picks up the phone. I try to leave messages, but their voicemail is full. I have no idea how they have a 5-star rating.
After finally going there two months later due to no other options, they had seemed to really change their approach. There is now plenty of people on the phone and they are very courteous. The only downside I can say is that the exercises become repetitive. Overall though, I would say the place is not bad at

Yelp did a good job of helping find a Physical Therapy Rehabilitation Center that was close to my place and Bay Rehab is the closest. Took only 10-12 minutes to drive and finding the location as a first timer client.
I was overwhelmed with the service staff who welcomed me as soon as I enter the center. But most especially, as well as the therapist (Ms. Ruby Tang) that took care of me on my first day. From there, she really made me felt so comfortable from start to the end even though I was in pain during the session.
